RETURN POLICY

For international customer, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us by post within 30 days of receipt (it means that item arrives in our shop in 30 days).
For local customer, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt (it means that item arrives in our shop in 7 days).
· The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition; we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is in unsuitable condition, worn or stained.
· Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
· When trying the item on, please be extra careful if wearing makeup or fragrance that could stain or perfume the item
· Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, you would simply have to return the item and place a new order online for the item you are looking for.
· Customer is responsible for return delivery charges, tax and other charges that incurs.
· You will need to fill out the returns form by marking the items you wish to return and stating the reason of return.
· All orders can be returned by post. We recommend that you send returns using a tracked method, such as a courier or recorded post, to the following address:
- Shop 21-23, LG/F., Prudential Centre, 216-228 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong
· Please hold on to your postage receipt and tracking number. You may want to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, should the parcel get lost.
· Please, remember the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it´s packed up properly and can´t get damaged on the way. Additionally, we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
