  • Do I have to pay customs charges for my order?
    Unfortunately Vintage Oriental is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Vintage Oriental. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
  • How do I know you have received my order?
    Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse.
  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
    We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. So we can get this sorted for you, please drop us a message with the following info: Your name Your order number Product name & code (this can be found on your order confirmation email) Picture of the fault / incorrect item
  • What if I paid and there is no more stock?
    We are so sorry about that. We will refund your money straight away!

    Yes! Absolutely. Pleases send us your measurements for a better fit! We are more than happy to help with that.
  • Where can I find a size guide?
    We have an individual size guide for every product! You can find it at the last image on the left hand side of every product page.
  • What is your returns policy?
    For international customer, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us by post within 30 days of receipt (it means that item arrives in our shop in 30 days). For local customer, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt (it means that item arrives in our shop in 7 days). ​ · The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition; we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is in unsuitable condition, worn or stained. ​ · Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged ​ · When trying the item on, please be extra careful if wearing makeup or fragrance that could stain or perfume the item ​ · Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, you would simply have to return the item and place a new order online for the item you are looking for. ​ · Customer is responsible for return delivery charges, tax and other charges that incurs. · You will need to fill out the returns form by marking the items you wish to return and stating the reason of return. ​ · All orders can be returned by post. We recommend that you send returns using a tracked method, such as a courier or recorded post, to the following address: Shop 21-23, LG/F., Prudential Centre, 216-228 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong ​ · Please hold on to your postage receipt and tracking number. You may want to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, should the parcel get lost. ​ · Please, remember the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it´s packed up properly and can´t get damaged on the way. Additionally, we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Do you refund the delivery charges?
    Unfortunately we do not refund postage/shipping charges on any orders.
  • How do I take care of my items?
    It is best to hand wash all your items. Do not put your items into the dryer.
